Booked thru Flight Center (Katherine Cheung). Flew Westjet . Wanted a kitchenette, but the whole island was booked (confirmed on Expedia). Went to Royal Lahaina Resort . Alamo car rental  with Flight Center expensive. Cancellation insurance ($60 Mastercard).
